I requested an inspection for a new construction. Scott Davis was the inspector assigned by Skyline. He performed a tremendous job all the way - going above and beyond the points that an inspector would usually cover. He made sure to utilize the full time allocated for the inspection, shared some great tips around safety and maintenance as well. Some of his suggestions were also praised by the site supervisor. Scott was very thorough doing our home inspection. I� ve hired inspectors before that don� t go in to crawls or attic spaces. Scott had no problem inspecting below the house and multiple attics. He found a number of issues and gave us a detailed report. The final bill was a lot lower then I expected. I highly recommend you hire Skyline Home Inspection for all your inspection needs.
