Verified Renter I feel that it is an average apartment. My only complaint however is that it is very easy to hear neighbors, especially the ones above you. But also the ones next to you.
Verified Renter Location is really close to campus! I love the distance to the bus stop from my apartment which makes it really easy to travel to and from class and to the mall on weekends!
Verified Renter The building was a little on the older side but amenities were nice and the maintenance staff were helpful! Replies were decently fast, especially if you called in.
Verified Renter I personally stayed in a 2BHK apartment managed by Smile. I had a great experience as the Smile time was super responsive when it came to maintenance! Some of the events hosted by smile student living for their residents were also so interesting! They had regular giveaways, decent prices and great staff! Another interesting thing, being a smile resident gives you access to the smile Gym located on the Wright street!
Verified Renter Services are good. They have many on going campus activities. But sometimes there are issues with getting our deposit back. They charge on unnecessary items and it is difficult to get hold of them.
Verified Renter I have had a great experience at my apartment with Smile. My apartment was newly renovated and I like all of the amenities. The location is great and everyone is very respectful of any shared spaces.
Verified Renter It’s great, always quiet great views. Not too far from campus or stores. Blocks away from green street. The doors are for the most part closed so only people with the code can get in.
Verified Renter Maintenance has been great! In terms of the building, I have not been happy with the constant water shut offs to fix leaks in the building which are understandable but a little heads up would have been appreciated.
Verified Renter Overall really great living experience and location, very peaceful. Staff are responsive and maintenance is readily available. If I were not graduating, I would renew my lease.
