When we initially agreed to purchase the home, they didn't get started for some time. The interest rates changed, and the price of the house went up. I upgraded the carpet and padding. It feels like the quality is not as good as it should be. Structurally, I believe the home is good. I was surprised there was no tissue paper or towel holder.
