We have recommended Smith Douglas to many friends but due to unfortunate events like interest rates and inflation it is out for their budget.
Connie did a wonderful job in the sales office. We often saw her checking out work sites and had a visible presence in the neighborhood. When problems came up they were fixed in a timely manner and we felt like she got to know us as people looking for a home and not just buyers.
