We love our house and were content throughout most of the buying process. The house is well built, and it was easy to communicate to our sales rep. Smith Douglas overall did an awesome job on many things in our new home! We were specifically impressed with the grading. Our old home had standing water for a week after it rained. Overall I was pleased with the process and service. Onsite personnel were very professional.
This was our first time building a home. Our Smith Douglas team, Michelle, Eric and Bentley, helped us every step of the way. From Michelle answering all of our questions throughout the entire process to Eric and Bentley making sure our new home was perfect (even after closing), they were amazing to work with. We love our new home!
