Not only did we find a new construction that fit our budget, but the quality of the home has been amazing.
The quality of the home is great and the options and selections were great as well, we just had so many issues with the home as the walkthroughs were happening that were not addressed properly. We are still waiting on the proper microwave plate and the final cleaning did not happen.
SDH has been an amazing building group to work with for the purchase of our first home. They made the process very comfortable and enjoyable without any stress of complications. I 10/10 recommended using Smith Douglas as your building group.
I would definitely recommend Smith Douglas Homes-Nashville to a friend. The process of building was much easier than I expected.
