The process was easy and efficient.
This was my first purchase of a new home. The overall experience was good. I did not have to deal with a construction loan. The process from start to finish was smooth and efficient. It was a plus to be able to customize some of the interior features. I definitely preferred buying a home and lot in a neighborhood of choice, in lieu of buying a new home that has already been completed. The builder's staff did a good job before and after the home was completed.
