They do a great job but it takes them time to get back to you on problems they say they are going to fix. They do great with the house and quality. However, they have issues getting back to you in a timely manner.
The quality of the home is great. Everything came out pretty good. But a decent amount of attention to detail wasn't given. We've been here a month, and we're still cleaning drywall dust out of our carpet. The way the carpet was installed, the edges could've been better. There was nothing major. There were just minor details that were missed because they rushed at the end.
Matt Mullins was my construction manager. He was very detail-oriented and still follows up regularly to ensure that I’m enjoying my home. He came back to fix minor details. He was amazing to work with and genuinely provides amazing customer service. Thank you for everything Matt!
