Yes, I would definitely recommend Smith Douglas Homes - Raleigh to a friend. The houses are beautiful, affordable and they have a layout to fit almost any style. The neighborhood is friendly -- people always wave and say hi. The lots are big but not too big -- great for children and/or pets. Our salesperson (Paul) and building mgr (Bobby) were both excellent and kept up in the loop every step of the way. We always felt comfortable reaching out to them for anything, at any time. Our whole experience overall was great!
Very good experience with SDHB. Once they were able to start construction, it went very fast. They were great to work with!
