They made me feel really good. The ownership helps me to have a peace of mind. I am just happy I got my first home. I am happy I did with it with Smith Douglas Homes. It is a beautiful, nice environment. I just love the design.
Overall, plans are diverse enough for most people and pricing seems fair. We took off one star specifically due to the drainage issues (noted elsewhere).

There were a lot of half-done things, such as painting and issues with the cleaning. I was very disappointed and there are a lot of little things I found and having to reports to the portal.
