The reason I don't give them 5 stars is that we ran into some issues, that delayed us in moving in after our closing date. They wanted to get the closing done, so the issues would be out of their hands. Overall, we are happy with the home, but because it was stressful we couldn't recommend to others.
Although the house is beautiful my experience working with the customer service team was not the best. There were some issues we had with the quality of the home, but they are in the process of getting repaired. However, Nick the construction manager has been a great help throughout the process.
Very patient and informative when picking out the details about that home. Kept me in the loop every step of the way and were very responsive when I had questions or concerns.
Overall, it was really good service. I enjoyed the process.
