Highly recommend, the whole experience was great. It’s rare that all moving pieces in a transaction like this come together as well as this process has.
I would recommend Smith Douglas Homes to a friend. Overall, the experience and build met my expectations. Obviously, nothing ever is perfect when building a new home. Realizing this at the beginning will make the process enjoyable. Certain things in the home have not worked after closing. For example, my garage continues to give me problems, and they have already come twice to try to correct the problem. Other than some small things after closing, everything else is great.
