Staying natural on this. We like the layout of the house. Seamed we were short changed in some areas. For whatever reason our house was built closer to the private road than any of our neighbors. Site manager tried telling me their hands were tied they had to build where town and county told them where to build it. After researching this I found that to be false. We are happy with our home, but you should be particularly forceful about making sure they complete everything you ask them to before closing, because otherwise they most likely will not do it.
