Very satisfied with construction and layout
Changed the layout of our home with no warning. Had we not visited the site when they first started building we would have never known until it was complete. We had been on a house search for over a year and one of the main things we liked was the particular layout and we chose for an end unit. Our property manager had also been out the loop and surprised to learn it had been changed as well.
The sales and community project manager are very nice and willing to help out where needed. However, the quality of materials is low and contractors are not careful and sloppy at times. Damaged wood for fireplace mantle and baseboards. Very disappointing for price paid.
