As a Buyer from outside the State, I was fully satisfied with the pre-sales and sales process. My expectations were largely met. However, i was not entirely satisfied with the Pre-Closing Inspection and post-Closing experiences. Based on my previous home buying experiences, I had expected a more Buyer-friendly after-sales attitude from the Seller.
The upfront people are excellent, high character people—Victoria Weldon and Stan Bradley. They guided us thoroughly from start to finish. They represented this company well, and established trust-worthy rapports with us, the customer.
