The reason why I rate this a 3 right now is because the homes don't have the craftsmanship Smith Douglas is known for.
The real estate agent was excellent, as was the maintenance supervisor.
I would recommend them to anyone. They are consistent and reliable. Their communication is good. They are the best.
From day one, Courtney has been a very professional and courteous individual. She and Connor were helpful in making sure we knew each process and set reasonable expectations for the house finish. The property remained clean throughout the process, as did the neighborhood. Multiple times the roads were swept clean and often washed as well.
I felt like a received a pretty good value for what I paid and for the size of the house. I would warn friends that they might not have an opportunity to make choices on finishes and options, which could be frustrating to some. Also, found some of the process a bit disorganized and perhaps incorrect information being shared between the sales staff, building manager, and the consumer. Otherwise, it was a good process and the house seems to be a fairly well built home, even though I can see where some corners were cut.
