Caulking poorly done, doors don’t close properly, lots of dents in wall where the drywall is not smooth, weather stripping poorly installed. Blinds installed unevenly. Did mot properly clean the house. Refrigerator has frost on back panel and when mentioned it was told we don’t handle the appliances. Very poor craftsmanship on the roof as it is buckling and have been in house for less than a month.
Not thrilled with how issues have been handled wouldn’t want anyone I know to go through the same
I have NEVER had such a difficult time with any other home I have built. I am trusting that all issues will be resolved in time, however I cannot believe that a reputable builder such as Smith Douglas would be responsible for such shotty workmanship.

The sales people are great and that is where you get suckered. After that the whole process was horrible. This was our first home and we have buyers remorse. There is quality issues with everything in this house just horrible. Faucets are not put on correctly, moldings are cracking already and it's only been 1 month in the house. Damage to cabinets, shower walls, bath tub, moldings. Then when we brought it up we were told that's just cosmetic by Bobby the project manager.
