I would not recommend them because what they say to you in front of you when you are about to close, compared to after, is totally different when you have an issue.
Has to be the worst builder in the area. Unable to manage a schedule or provide realistic expectations. Communication responses were extremely slow, always needing follow up emails and calls to get answers. The quality of workmanship is subpar - I will be submitting warranty claims every week.
Shotty workmanship, home unfinished, very inexperienced help
The building process was too time-consuming.
There were a lot of issues. We were supposed to move in 2021, but it kept getting put off. We moved in July 2022. They changed the price and had the wrong contract. When we got there, our toilets were in the shower. None of the houses come with any fixtures and they don't mention that. We had no screens on the windows. The siding on the back of our house looks like a big bubble. I would not recommend them at all.
Due to issues still unresolved re our home, it will be embarrassing for us to recommend your company at this point. I hope this could be resolved and I can make changes here, but I am not sure at the moment. After documenting the outcome of quality of the home delivered to us, it's not really motivating to recommend. It would be rather embarrassing to do that especially to family or friends or to anybody for that respect.
I bought a hom in Lexington Farms, Sanford. Once I complete the move, I will not be in contact with anyone in Raleigh.
My garage has been having issues subce i moved in and the problems persisted also my bathroom and closet light was already out before i moved in i made complain a out that and its also not done so right now am not a happy customer
