This is purely from a construction standpoint. The sales associate and process were a joke!
My issues are with warranty, and several items not being taken care of. See note below. I cannot and will not recommend this company, nor will my next house be purchased from you. All of my neighbors feel the same way.
Its a nice home but there is still a lot of stuff that has not been fixed and it has been over a month. We still have missing seals in our shower and defective window on the front of the house. We have a broken window above the garage and it has been over a month.
That is a complicated answer because we love our home. That would be a 5. We had 9 days between the closing on the home we were selling and the home we purchased and they would not work with us. It cost us thousands of dollars. That kind of left a bad taste in our mouth. We could not get a commitment from them to work with us and they went so far to say they had other people interested in buying the home if we did not buy on that date. I bought a spec home and I was told everything was done so my blue tape walk through was a joke. There are sooo many things wrong and Jim just told me all was done. I was not treated like a true customer. Jim lied.
