I know problems like the ones I have experienced are normal when purchasing a home. I would tell people what I have experienced but I would not recommend the company. I do not like to recommend people because if something goes wrong I don't want it to rely on me.
I can’t at this point recommend Smith Douglas Homes. I will continue to reassess and see if the will follow through and deliver with their commitments/warranty.
They purposely did not show us some items. We did not find out until after we bought the house.
They did not keep their promises to address and repair items in my home. I am not pleased.
I was most satisfied with the price. It was great. Smith Douglas Homes were great in working with us. At closing we did receive the upgrades they promised us and received quoted price at sale.
