I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . The moment I saw the Smith Douglas homes I feel in love .To be able to walk into one is simply amazing. I am so in love with my home . My construction mgr is the absolute best Brad Bragg . My walk through was good even though I found some things after moving in but small things. It didn’t catch my eye bc I was so in love with the beauty of my home. Only thing I couldn’t have loved more if the other rooms had blinds and a refrigerator. Great Experience
Everything is lovely and as expected. The only issues that I can point out would be the amount of paint on the walls and the garage. The lightest touch on the walls will leave a scuff. I feel another layer of paint would have resolved this issue, but it isn't the end of the world. The only other issue I have noticed is the size of the garage. Not particularly the width, but the length. I drive an F-150 four door pickup (standard size) and I have to take my trailer hitch off to get the garage door to close. Again, not the en... read more
So far I don’t believe that I could get any better service. We have been dealing with Andrew before and after we moved in to our new home. He has gone above and beyond my expectations. He was there to help and serve us with any of our needs. We would like to thank him for being so easy to work with.

Very informed and professional sales staff ; home seems well built; construction manager was helpful and attempted to complete punch list we prepared; I do have a couple of warranty items to report and will do so shortly

Our experience began when we first visited River Park back in 2017......Debra Pearson was so helpful and friendly as well as her assistant at that time.... She always took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood. My husband and I had been looking for several months but was drawn back to River Park because of the insurmountable amount of care and customer service we received at the office.
