The young were on time, an very polite I was running late I was very concerned about the time I had left the young man assured me everything would be done , They went right to work an did not stop until the job was finished. They were great to work with. If I ever have to go back to Houston I would like to have the same young men .
Will not use SML again! Used SML for loading and unloading in NJ and FL. They arrived late by at least 2 hours on both locations. The behavior of one crew in NJ was very unprofessional. It took them 8 hours to load a 2 bedroom house! The FL crew were late but manged to get the job done in less than 2 hours. I do not recommend them!
Coordination needs an overhaul Loading crew was 4 hours late and a man short. Took 4 hours to finish loading the truck, putting me on the road at 8pm. Was called 3 times over the next few days by personnel who had little idea of why they were calling. #3 told me there was an unknown amount of extra charge pending, and wanted to know if I knew anything about it. great service Setting up the service, changing the scheduled date and having everything done, was easy and great.

Very pleased Both the team who loaded the rental truck and the different team who unloaded were pleasant, efficient and caring. No damage sustained and everything placed where we requested with minimal oversight needed.

Overall good The loaders in Indianapolis were both deaf so communication was somewhat of a problem.
Our 2 guys were wonderful! Our 2 man crew arrived on time, very professional and unbelievably hard working and soo careful and understanding of my parents thru the whole process. The communication prior and after the move was awesome! A++.
