Service Done Right I had an unpleasant experience with one of the movers, which I discussed with the subcontractor and an SML manager. Both parties handled the issue to my complete satisfaction, which can be rare in today's business environment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for moving labor in the future based on my experience. Don't waste your time I notice that you are only posting positive reviews so we'll see if you post this. Regardless I will going on Yelp and other sites to say the same thing. I began calling Simple Moving Labor more than a month before my move. When I asked for a quote on the full services, I was told on five different occasions that I would get a call back within 24-48 hours. Great movers! Very satisfied. On time and got everything packed into the truck. Note a thing was broken. Great guys.
Great Job well done The movers did a great job. They were on time, respectful of our furniture, followed instructions, efficient, did the job in just 2 hours. Would recommend them. Made our life easy.
Very good service I hired 2 persons to help pack in Orlando and 2 to unpack in Charlotte. The crew in Orlando were top notch - very experienced and understood how to move/store items with care. The crew in Charlotte did not have that experience. They did not use a dolly to move boxes - they walked one or two boxes at a time. They were obviously working by the hour. Overall, I would hire through SML again
