Horrible Company!! Broke my TV!!! This was my first time ever hiring movers to move my things. It was the WORST experience of my life!!!!! First of all, the movers arrived a half an hour late!!! They were supposed to come between 10-11. They showed up at 1133am!! No apology, nothing!!! Then the last 25-30 minutes of the move, my son and I had to help them. Disgraceful Terrible workers: Guy showed up smelling of alcohol. All of them were out of shape, completely unprofessional arguing about how to move the furniture. Terrible Overall System: When I called to complain and ask for different movers, they didn't send me anyone else but rather called the team leader WHILE the original team was still with me to tell them that I complained. Outstanding Job fo Me... Thank You! I used SML services for moving truck loading in Bonita Springs, FL on June 5th and then truck unloading in Farmington, Ar. on June 8th. SML's people on both occasions did an absolutely, exemplary, outstanding job for me.
