Flawless service. A great experience from start to finish.
Un-motivated Three guys (as requested) showed up an hour late. One had not showered in a week or more based on his body odor. None of them were motivated to work at all and wouldn't have finished loading truck if not for constant direction and supervision. Empty truck/full house needs to become full truck/empty house, is not a tough concept to grasp. Very dissatisfied with SML. I'd put as much blame on the location (Orlando) as I wold SML. SML Moving team was great. The team arrived on time. they came fully prepared with all of the equipment they need. And the got everything done in the time estimated. I was extremely satisfied.
Charitable company! SML transported diapers from a charity collection completed in Northern Minnesota for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. For free, they brought the diapers from MN to Texas!!! What an awesome company to complete such a huge task!! They were amazing to work with too. Thanks SML!!!!
Best Movers Have moved all over the Country. The Fellas that they sent from Salt Lake City were far beyond the Best! I figured this move would take at least 10 hours. They did it in a little over 7 hours. I would highly recommend them!
GREAT JOB, HARD WORKING YOUNG MEN!! These guys were great ! they were very efficient, they packed everything as though it belonged to them. With upmost care they worked with out a break, asked how you would like certain things and we were very impressed and will use them again in the future
