Great service! I used this service twice in two different states. The movers were always courteous, one-time, and called ahead to give updates. Great service at a reasonable price!
Very good ! Thank you Prompt, careful. I should have had better moving blankets. The ones from Penske are terrible. Thin sheets would have done as well. This was not a SML ISSUE!
Excellent Company I could not be more pleased with this company. They arrived on time. They were very professional on how they wrapped, carried and pack the moving truck. There was much attention to detail on how objects went together and made sure everything was properly strapped. After traveling 8 hours the truck looked just as it did when they finished. You can't go wrong if you choose them.
Good job overall. A few small items got broke but that's expected.
Good job for hot day The start was late but I was sent an extra person. I really expected the move to be quick with 3 people. It was 106 degrees out so I will have to say they did very good moving as fast as they could. Even with the hot weather the men did their best to work fast. Very polite and professional. I will recommend that you make sure all your items are wrapped or boxed and ready to move, as that holds up the move and makes for extra expense. The entire moving process went smoothly! I contacted SML through a referral when I rented a Penske truck to move the contents of my small home to Florida recently. I only needed help unloading the van once I arrived at my destination. SML took care of everything. Making the reservation was simple, I was contacted several times BEFORE the move to make sure everything was set up properly. They were great They came early and got it all done. They were professional and courteous. We used the service because we can't lift the heavier items. They didn't have any problems getting everything up the stairs for us. We appreciated the help
