They did their job. I wasn't sure what to expect but these two guys got to work on time, didn't ask nosy questions, handled the furniture and boxes properly and didn't damage anything at all. They were really, really professional. The job got done much faster and better than I expected. Penske steered me right.
Disappointing experience We moved from Seattle to Tucson and used SML on both ends for load and un-load. The Seattle portion was a bust! We scheduled 2 hrs to move an apt. that had NO large furniture or appliances other than 2 beds. The 2 men began the loading well enough; but at the 2nd hour slowed to a crawl. Added 1 more hour and they still weren't nearly done and informed us they "had to leave for another job." Top knotch crew in Oregon loading our 26' truck and also in Ohio unloading the truck. We would use SML again in the future and would recommend them to family and friends. A+ - the 3 man crews provided both in Oregon and Ohio were top notched. They were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to work with.
