Good first time experience Heard of SML when rented a Penske truck to move things ourselves. Was pleased with the ability to get in touch easily via phone and conduct all the business. We had a slight glitch, but it was quickly worked out to my satisfaction. We only needed their laborers for unloading our truck at the delivery end. Everything was timely. AWESOME! AWESOME! Grady and his crew were great! All the packing wasn't done and they chipped right in and did it! They packed the truck so there wasn't any wasted space and were very knowledgeable and polite! If I ever have to do it again I will definitely ask for them!
Wonderful job done by a really great duo! We hired SML upon the recommendation of our niece who had used them in May. We were lucky enough to have Randy and Jonathan show up to unload the Penske truck we had driven to Maryville, TN. They were very professional, polite and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. They had the truck unloaded in no time and the boxes stacked exactly where we had requested. Definitely would use SML again.
Load Out — Great! Load up — Not so much. Load up workers (2) were young and inexperienced. Did not bring any dollies or other moving equipment and had three pieces of small furniture on the truck in the first 45 minutes. Load Out workers (3) were experienced movers. Quick and attentive. They brought their own dollies and hand trucks. All furniture and boxes placed in our new home in less than an hour.
Excellent job packing - everything arrived in tact! The two movers did an excellent job packing our Penske truck, as our belongings arrived safe and secure 1100 miles away.
