Great work The crews arrived on time and did excellent work. Very happy.
Very Impressed Loading people were new and a little slower than usual but did an excellent job and loaded my truck for a cross country trip without any problems. Unloading crew was prompt, experienced and fast. They did an excellent job also. I would recommend any or all of these people to anyone needing help loading or unloading a moving truck.
excellent job Both moves went very smoothly, nothing damaged, both moves were on time, both did a very Profesional job, would recomend to anyone.
Very efficient. We had requested 3 people for 2 hours. Two people showed up but worked in a timely manner. They were very careful with items we were worried about and made sure they were well wrapped. They finished in the two hour period and we were very pleased with the work they did and how they packed the truck.
Great Service Our move from California to South Carolina was helped by your efficient and courteous team. They called to advise me when they were on their way. They were prompt and friendly. Got to work quickly and took care with our household goods. Both teams were great. I highly recommend your company and workers.
Joe saved this from being 2 movers were scheduled, only 1 showed up. The 2nd man was contacted but had various excuses and ultimately didn't show up. Thankfully Joe was a super man mover - he completed the job alone without any complaints. Not only did he load the truck well, he was also very nice & courteous.
I was very pleased when I called the office they were very helpful and accommodating I called. The moving team came on time and completed the move in the alloted time. They were capable and effeciant, I highly recommend SML!
Very Satisfied We could not have completed the move without the support of SML. The two young men who unloaded our rental truck were very conscientious and professional. I would highly recommend this moving service. My only criticism is that we were told the movers would bring all the required moving equipment (e.g. dollies, etc.) None of this equipment was brought to our location.
Well worth the phone call. Would use them again. Making the appointment was easy. They were patient answering all my questions and they had all the answers. They even worked with me so I could get exactly what I wanted. Also it was no trouble changing my reservation. The only negative thing I have to say is that they forgot part of the order. I reserved a dolly and blankets and they forgot to give them to me and I had to go back to get them. They did give me a discount for the inconvenience
