Loader were great unloader were just okay. I was really impressed with the mover sent to load my move they very professional and did the job very efficiently and quickly. However, the unload movers seemed to be slow and did not come at the right time. They were actually early and I was not ready for them. Also whenI booked the unload they quoted me a price with additional time at $117.00 per hour.it seemed that I paid more for travel time than want was originally quotes.
Great moving experience! Working with Simply Movers was a great experience. All of the guys that helped with the move we're courteous, professional and great at their job. I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience we had with this company. Completely professional from beginning to end. Definitely would recommend!
Good move. I had a great experience using SML for my load & unload. The only problem I had is, when the workers put my wager and dryer in the utility room they knock the doorknob off and couldn't get it back on. Well. I was told someone would be calling me about it and it's been 2 weeks now and I haven't heard a word from anyone. I want this fixed because I didn't break the doorknob.
CO to KY Move A job of excellence in loading a 26' van from two sites - Johnstown and Loveland. Zero interim time separation between both locations. The van was a 100% full. Well done by the loading crew in CO!!!!
Crew quality varied Our two separate crews of loaders in Los Angeles were professional and careful. Packed things in the truck very efficiently. One nick noticed in a piece of furniture that they didn't pack with a blanket, but that was the only issue. The unload crew in Dallas, however, was less professional and careful. Members of the crew came and left at different times. One guy was game, but frankly too old and out of shape for this kind of work. One guy was slow and lazy. All 3 liked to bang into door jambs.
The crew did an excellent job and were very professional Moved efficiently and a timely matter. Made sure that they took care of all your moving needs. Great crew and job well done.
Worste experince Hired movers to load up a moving truck and supplied them with 72 moving blankets and 2 rolls of plastic shrink wrap. when they finished they handed me all the materials not used (which included 40+ blankets and 1 roll of shrink wrap) when i arrive at my new home and start unpacking, i realize that most of my furniture including the dinning room suite, bedroom furniture etc. was not wrapped and badly damaged. many boxes were packed on their side or upside down (even if the word fragile was on them). my o... read more
Moving is always stressful, regardless of how prepared you think you are. The gentlemen who came to load our truck made it less so, with professional and friendliness. The gentlemen were punctual and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.
C Chouinard SML made coordination seamless during my move. The we're constantly in contact to make sure their livers were there in time and performed admirably.
