Great move! Moving is difficult no matter how you go about it, but our movers could not have been better. Right on time, hard working and efficient. In addition, they were genial and kind.
Could have been a bit better I used SML on both ends of my move. When I was moving out, the team took great care to not bang my furniture into the walls. However, when certain pieces began falling apart in transit to the moving truck, their attitude was "let's hurry" rather than "let's try carrying it a different way so it doesn't break apart anymore". Awesome experience! We moved my daughter from Ohio to Virginia. It was necessary to change the time of our move. This was taken care of quickly and efficiently via email. The movers were on time, efficient and professional. They moved her furniture and appliances with great care. This was our first experience using movers and it was an awesome experience.
Excellent service Really good crew friendly and efficient
Not a good experience! Not a good experience! On loading side - 2 people showed up and one of them said they could not load any heavy objects. (That's what we hired them for) We told them they needed to get someone else - so they left for and hour to pick someone up. They were terrible loaders - did not know how to pack. Loaded shifted lots and lots of damage! Packed dryer on top of washer and totaled them both!

Excellent job by both gentlemen All items were quickly loaded, (in the rain), and secured properly. Upon arrival nothing had shifted. Nice job!
