Worst experience of my entire life Showed up 6 hrs late. Were not experienced in loading truck but I did't find out till unpacking and damaged items. SML not responsible for damage unless done in load or unload. If they don't pack truck properly and items get damage in transit you lose. If I knew how to pack a truck I would have hired a couple kids from the neighborhood and packed truck myself for a lot less then SML charges. You rely on their expertise and if they mess up you lose. What a racket. On unload 3 men to show up... read more

Unbelievable. Will definitely use them next time we are ready to move. I was very satisfied with SML - Simple Moving Labor and I would absolutely recommend them. I'll plan on using them the next time we are ready to move. I heard about them when we called a company in Texas and they referred us to them and really, everything worked out great. The guys were great too, they helped us out and were in general, unbelievable workers. Very good.

Helpful service but room for improvement The interface with signing up for SML is good. But, I signed up for 4 movers and only two showed up. The two explained that the other guys didn't show. I received a robo-call from SML about an hour into the unload. At that time I was too busy to pay attention to it so I hung up. The two movers kept calling their boss because he had another assignment for them that would only allow them to be at my house for a couple of hours. They movers eventually called their next customer ... read more

Movers arrived wayyyy later than told. Didn't arrive together. Stood around and talked a lot more than actually moving items. My neighbor told me she entered the elevator and one of my movers were laying on my couch. Shame on you for not providing the necessary moving equipment for these "professional" movers. They were nice, but late and slow. I was too troubled and upset by the event of the day to even argue the time of arrival. It was supposed to be 1pm. The first person came at 4:20 and no one started until at least a... read more

fairley good I had a welcome hand painted half tile that was beautiful. It was standing against the wall in the hall. the young man moved some boxes, turned around and the tile fell and broke. Really impossible to duplicate as it was one of a kind. Also the movers did not arrive on time putting us waaaaaaaay behind on the schedule. Wes

A good company I used them for a cross Country move to Naples Florida they were very professional and arrive on time. the only problem I had was they put a small hole in the wall but for that I contacted their management crew and the repair was made within 24 hours. I was very pleased with them and will use them on my next move.

Great Experience! In our recent move from Indiana to Florida we engated SML for the unload process. The movers showed up on time and did an excellent job of efficiently unloading and getting things into the apartment. The men were courteous, polite, and anxious to please. We would definitely use this service again.
