Quick, efficient and they got the job done. Oh, I would absolutely recommend SML - Simple Moving Labor. They did a great job, they were quick, efficient and they got the job done. I didn't have any problems with them and hey didn't have any problems with whatever I asked. I would use them again if I ever needed to move again!
No Show at Loading Site Not entirely SML's fault but they need to vet their laborers to ensure they're reliable. I received a call from the movers 20 mins before they were scheduled to arrive at our loading site. They stated there since it was snowing they would not be coming to help with our move. When I asked why they were only just calling me 20 mins prior to their scheduled arrival, the guy actually said "I don't have time for your attitude." and then hung up. Dependable The movers were dependable, professional, and careful. They quickly unloaded my furnishings and placed them where they were instructed. Extremely polite and friendly. I will definitely use them again for my next move.
We are not pleased for the service cost too high Te Houston crew was aggressive and one person was very strong and demanding ut took a lot of time 5.5 hours. The Springfield crew was much more careful and did a much better work. Only 3 hours and help us to installed a heavy bed.
Great experience The communication was excellent, they were punctual and efficient. I would definitely use this service again.
Uneven experience Movedmrs who packed were very slow, and 2 of the 3 were very inexperienced. Damage to walls occurred and we also ended up with many damaged items as they did not utilize the packing materials we made available and requested to be used. The team that unpacked did a much better job, and were well trained in the work.
