Good on time service The moving laborers were courteous and did a good job. Office staff got date wrong and failed to send a confirming email as promised.
Great, well.worth the cost. Your reps were very efficient and friendly. Things couldn't have gone any smoother. Everything made the trip with no problems. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you for making this part of my move so easy.

Highly Recommended I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Although a little late due to car troubles, the loading crew did an awesome job packing the truck. Not a single damaged or broken item. They were very professional. The unloading crew was a pure pleasure to work with. No only did they unload the truck and place items where my wife directed, but also moved existing items up and down stairs for her. They were truly nice guys and I would Highly Recommend them.
Great, would hire them again. I don't know what I would have done without SML. They were very competent and also trustworthy. The truck was loaded and packed quickly. The service and rates were as promised. The wmoyees were also personable, making the stressful moving experience better.
not completly satisfied I scheduled to have 2 men available to in-load my truck on a Monday morning. Due to a 10" snowfall, I was delated in getting the truck loaded and arriving at my destination by Monday morning. I called the contact number, and left a message, (no one answered the phone), I called back Monday morning to make sure they got the message NOT to have the crew arrive to in-load till I notified them. Timely, hard working and organized Movers were there at time stated. I had 3 men who worked very hard and was pleased.I would recommend this company for anyone needing a moving service. They were organized and took good care of my furniture.

Customer Service Following Move Lacking I used SML for the loading and unloading. I was hesitant about my china cabinet at unloading, whether the two pieces were secured properly. I was told that there is no customer service following a move, I would have to pay for a minimum of 2 hours to address the issue. That is too bad because at the forefront of any good business should be good customer service.
