The staff was great but the manager wasn't. The two young people who came from SML - Simple Moving Labor were very nice. They weren't very experienced on how to pack but their manager showed up a couple of hours late and he had sent his wife to supervise and when he was there we could hear him over the phone yelling obscenities to his wife. So, I called him out on that and that was very uncomfortable to witness. But the staff was great, they did good work and they were very polite and friendly.

Couldn't have been better My husband recently passed away and I moved to my daughters the day before Thanksgiving. The help I had cancelled on me at the last minute due to the holiday. I called SML at 9am and there were two guys here by 2pm. They were amazing. They were very professional, kind and courteous. If I ever have the need for their service again, SML will be the first call. Thank you

the guys were great! It took longer than we thought and the guys stayed with us and got it knocked out. I would recommend them to anyone needed help with moving.

SML Professional Packers I was recommended Simple Moving Labor by Penske Trucks. Boy, was that the best idea ever! We moved my parents from Nevada to Maryland. On moving day, Curt and Jenna were our SML professional packers. When they showed up I was a little hesitant that a girl was here to help, she proved me very wrong. They were professional, polite, courteous and very friendly. Jenna was the mover and Curt was the packer and they had they job cut out for them. BEST THING EVER! I used SML in Wisconsin on my loading up the truck and also in Florida to unload. Both experiences were quite excellent! I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing the help. The movers were very polite, harding-working and had good attitudes. Keep up the great work!

Great experience Both the loading and unloading crews did a great job and I highly recommend them. Communication is excellent throughout the process. Both crews were courteous, professional and took very good care of our furniture and other items. Thanks for helping make our move much easier and a success.

In the dark Lights didn't work in the hallway at my storage unit. The guys were timely and made it happen even using flash lights. It is expensive for 2 hours, but they do a nice job. This is the 2nd time I have used the service in Atlanta. I recommend them.

Outstanding team! Well trained and hard workers. I could not have been more pleased with the team you sent to load - Quay and Branden. They were on time, professional in every aspect, communicated well, worked well as a team, and obviously knew what to do and did it. During the 2 hrs of loading, they never slacked off. For our 1200 mile trip, the load never shifted and everything arrived at destination with no damage. I would highly recommend your service! It was worth every penny!
