Unloading furniture out of truck. Apparently they sub contract or hook up movers and customers together. I had a local company in Leesburg, Fl. ( Go 2 guys moving ) They did a jam up job. I highly recommend that company.
SML provided two men who provided excellent moving and loading service. The two men arrived on-time at my building in Berkley Michigan so that they had time to remove some heavy equipment down a flight of stairs, and loaded them onto our rented Penske 26 foot van. After the upstairs equipment had been loaded and secured, they began helping with disassembling heavy devices from several heavy cabinets. Those guys where the best I hire your group to help my daughter unload a 16 foot pod. She raved about how good they where and that she felt very comfortable working with them. They worked hard and didn't damage a thing
SML, don't do it. My experience with this company is not as good as everyone else. The movers showed up late, then left for another job in 2 hours. Showed up the next day and told me that I needed to get another 20 to 22 foot truck. The crew leader stated a 20 foot truck would work since the 26 foot truck was loaded. After that 20 foot truck was loaded they told me I need a 26 foot truck then tried to negotiate a different amount and bypass SML. excellent service we were more than pleased with the quality and service we received from both ends of our move from Tinley Park,Illinois to Hendersonville,Tn..The movers carefully wrapped our furniture in plastic as to not scratch or ding the furniture and also to keep the drawers and doors from rollling out. Service was adequate There were three guys come to unload my furniture in Naples. The were constantly arguing between them and talking smack. They were not professional. When they got tired they started getting careless. I had some heavy furniture that was valuable and required attention to detail. these guys had the perception of not caring. They were more concerned about the next job and getting done by the end of the day than moving my furniture. They lifted my BBQ grill incorrectly and it fell apart in the street ... read more
