professional and thorough Handled property carefully. Really worked with us to get property in truck and then to the best place in the house. Some damage due to load and misunderstanding on how to report claim. Otherwise experience would have been a "5" all the way around

Expertise movers They were very well mannered and treated my belongings as if it were their own. I was so amazed how they were able to pack the truck for the 14 hour journey without a single broken item. I will most definitely use and recommend this company again.

Great Experience First I'd like to send out a great big thanks to the crew assigned to me Isaac and T you were a gift from God!! My experience with SML was a good one all around. Booking with them was easy and communication was good via email. As happens with cross country moves things don't go as planned. I wanted to reschedule my labor crew for one hour later so I contacted them. The original crew was unwilling to move my start time back an hour which was frustrating. Not A Happy Customer The movers did not have the proper equipment for the move. The move was over price and the movers were very slow. They seemed inexperience as movers this company should do more research on movers before they contact them out. I will definitely not use this company (SML) again or recommend them to anyone.
