Excellent. Great crew with a lot of experience. Very professional.
Good once they arrived -- crew was 3 hours late Overall it was a fine experience. We used the pro movers loading and unloading help. The crew was nice. They genuinely wanted to help and engaged my family in conversation. I expected a little more "pro" -- I would not mark my crew as professional. The biggest negative from my experience was that the crew was three hours late. When they finally arrived, there was no apology or even recognition that they had made my family wait so long.
Moved from NJ to NC Our move to North Carolina was difficult (to say the least) but with the help of SML people loading the truck, it made our lives a whole lot less stressful. Our lead guy really knew how to pack a moving truck! We haven't found any scratched furniture or broken items at all and the move was in excess of 500 miles. Highly recommend.

Great experience with SML Only good things to say about the men SML sent to unload the 26 Ft. Penske truck! Herman and his helper ( I think his name was Jeff) did a very efficient unload and they were done in less than 2 hrs. We would definitely use them again!!
Loading a truck Movers gave an arrival time between 0900 and 10:00, showed up at exactly 10:00. initial packing was good. Toward the end when some chairs were starting to be packed, they began stuffing them in the truck. While they would not have moved, they would have been subject to scratches and rub marks. So we let the crew go after 1 1/2 hours of a 2 hour job and my brother and I finished packing the final furniture items to ensure nothing was damaged, rubbed, scratched, etc. Overall the manpower to lift the heavier pie... read more
truck wasn't packed correctly! My loaders were very friendly and courteous, but they need more training on packing, my husband was very upset at what they had done, and as a result of there poor packing properly, when u opened the truck over head door, things started falling out!
They were great... except they took my screwdriver They borrowed my screw driver and never returned it... otherwise they did excellent work!
