Extremely pleased. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Everything went smoothly.
Overall Satisfied My moving helpers were prompt, professional, and courteous. My only complain is that they could've done a better job packing my moving truck. They did a poor job maximizing space in order to fit everything inside. They did a great job protecting my household goods and they were extremely professional. Overall, I was satisfied but I've had better service. A lot of this just depends on the individuals that show up, rather than the company as a whole. I would recommend SML to anyone.
A Positive Experience I found SML - Simple Moving Labor from doing an online search. I decided to go with them instead with another company because I liked their prices. I rated them high because they were helpful with our small move. They did a satisfactory job loading the moving truck. I would use them again as well as recommend them to other people.
OUTSTANDING! I moved from Atlanta to Portland, OR and used SML in conjunction with my Penske truck rental. The two gentlemen were prompt and experienced. The load was well balanced and tied down. NOTHING moved or shifted on my 2,675 mile drive. I strongly recommend this company services. Well done all around. I'll use them again if needed.
Excellent Communication and Service We had not used Simple Mover previously. We were pleasantly surprised by the communication by their customer service department. We were even more impressed with the actual movers, those who loaded the truck in North Carolina and the men who unloaded in Pennsylvania . I, in my mind, had determined that I would need to supervise the men to keep things moving. This was not the case. The guys from SML were perfect. SML - Simple Moving Labor were perfect. The guys that the company sent and are partnered with are very friendly. They are very professional and just worked very hard. It was a hot day and I almost had to force water on them they were just so gracious about their work and with helping us move everything. They were great.
