Late start but great results Needed assistance loading household goods aboard truck in Green Bay WI. There was a change of loading crew which resulted in a one-hour late arrival, but the 3 men were very hard working, friendly, efficient, and got everything loaded up in two hours flat. I recommend SML to anyone who needs help with loading household goods.
Great service for a great price! Leading up to the move I was kept well informed about the steps along the way. The day of the actual move the crew was somewhat delayed but they notified me about the delay and the new estimated arrival. They got here as promised and did a nice job loading my rental moving truck. 1,800 miles later I found nothing broken or damaged. Well worth the money to hire these people!

Very happy with the service and professionalism of the loaders The 3 loaders who arrived were on time and worked very efficiently and were very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. I also received a follow up call to make sure they loaders arrived and had left on time and if all my needs and expectations were met.
Good Experience was very easy to book online, and SML kept in touch with me throughout the process, Movers were very nice and cared how my items were placed in truck, no damages other than a small picture was smashed in a box, but I should have used a bigger box so I'm not worried about it, thanks again SML

Not like my first experience My move using SML in 2013 was much better than 2016. The lead mover was dropped off at my house and did not have tools, dolly, etc. what was estimated by SML to take 3 hours took 6. Only 2 movers were in Charlotte. 3 were needed. The assistant mover was late to the job and moved very slowly. It doesn't appear that the assistant movers have much experience. I ordered 3 movers for Savannah. And the SML office calls way too much during the process
