Good service nice movers The three man crew in Florida showed up on time and worked quickly and were nice. The two man crew in Tennessee was exceptional and unloaded very quickly and were nice and polite. The Fl. Crew put mpthe top to my china cabinet in the middle of the truck which did not protect the beveled glass doors on it very well and one of the pieces of glass was broken from being packed against other things. It should have been against the wall of the truck to protect it. But all in all I was pleased.

Load up disappointing, unload EXCELLENT! Loaders had good communication and very respectful and careful, but they showed up without any equipment and used my dolly to move stuff. At the unload, they had packed heavy things on crushable things, broke a table leg. It's like this was their first rodeo. The unloaders in Wichita were fantastic! Very knowledgeable of how to unload, they showed up with the proper equipment, thought things through, were helpful with suggestions, and were professional and courteous.

Best most efficient outfit We were so pleased with SML. I don't remember how I got in contact with them but wish I had got them in time to load the UHaul. The guys showed up right on time, were friendly, courteous,efficient and speedy. SML kept in touch by cell phone all way. Payment was easy. Boy such peace of mind moving to a different state with no connections. Just like having family to help unload and put stuff in place. Thank you SML and the guys who did the work

Excellent service It was very easy to arrange help to assist us in unloading when we reached our destination. Jay and Mike worked very efficiently and had the truck unloaded within 2 hours. thanks

I Had A Positive Experience I learned about SML - Simple Moving Labor from another commercial company. The communication between myself and the person who coordinated the schedule was good. It was an easy process to set up the service. They asked me for my name, address, the day and time for my move and that was it. Very simple. Communication needs work. We hired Simple Moving Labor to move my daughter out of her apartment in Fresno. The guys showed up late. They did call us and let us know they were going to be late, so there's that. While moving things out of the apartment, they damaged the doorway and my daughter had to pay extra to the landlord to fix it. The guys were nice, and they were fast, but, there was a communication barrier. They only spoke broken English, which was challenging. Absolutely excellent! From the booking to the execution, I could not have been more pleased. Joseph and his partner were prompt, efficient, even helped me organize the boxes and furniture into groups for easy unpacking later. I would DEFINITELY recommend SML to anyone.
