Excelllent service Both groups of service men were very polite and worked well loading and unloading the furniture. Did not have any issues. Well certainly call again when needed.

GREAT EXPERIENCE I had to move many sentimental items from my sister's home after her death. Just packing the items was an overwhelming experience for me. I was worried that many items might not make the 500+ mile move from her home to mine in a rental truck. The SML moving crew was professional and kind, and took GREAT CARE to load each and every item to insure their safe arrival. Both ends of the trip were exceptional. Service was timely and passed all expectations Men on the load side as well as the unload side of the move were personable and hard working. My property survived a 1400 mile trip with minimal damage. My wife and I were extremely happy in every regard.

NC Movers were very good. MI Movers were subcontracted and No issues with NC Movers. MI Movers subcontracted the job to another group. No idea the name of the company. It wasn't until they were almost over I found out they were subcontractors. The three young men were nice, worked steady, unloaded in a quick manner. My issue was they should have been dressed in a more appropriate manner. T-shirts all same color, long pants or shorts fitting appropriately. Customer service team is great. Moving team was on time and VERY polite. Only issue was that they arrived without any equipment so the first hour was slower then expected. I had to rent furniture dollies and borrow the building's service cart. Overall pleased and will hire SML again.

As needed ... thanks for the help We needed help with our unload in a new area in which we did not know anyone. The help provided was as needed and appreciated although a bit pricey.
