Made moving day easy in a new city SML made it easy to find people to unload our moving truck in a city where we didn't know who to ask. The movers were there right on time and called us. When they finished unloading and moving items upstairs inside the apartment they helped assemble some new items until their time was up. The movers were polite and courteous and tidied up moving blankets and other items before leaving. Definitely recommended.
Great service and a great price The men that worked with me were in touch before, and they busted their butts including taking my couch up 5 flights of stairs. They were also friendly and easy to work with. A great experience overall.
Great Service!!! The service couldn't have been better. We were very pleased with the young men sent to load our truck. Ty and the young man with him were excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend this company and especially the young men that helped us. Good work and very much appreciated.

Worked out perfectly! I was a bit worried that the movers on each end of the move would arrive on time, work quickly and not damage any of my furniture! I've never moved such a long distance before, but I was totally satisfied with the level of service provided on both ends of our move from RI to FL. The teams showed up on time, moved along quickly to load and unload the truck and were very customer service friendly.! I would use SML again and would recommend them!!!
Very Pleased Your movers really work hard! This is the 4th time I have used them and I couln't be happier. They are well trained, respectful, willing to disassembled and re-assemble furniture, and, to my way of thinking, very reasonably priced. Coupled with Pensky trucks, they make a great combo.
Overall great experience giving me the help I needed!! Would definitely recommend this company. The packing crew worked hard to pack securely and use every space and loaded ALL my stuff into the moving truck. It blew us away that they got it all to fit. Very professional and courteous. The offload was quick and efficient on the other end. On time, energetic. Worth the price. I was impressed.
Overall better than loading a truck yourself One expensive piece of furniture severely damaged while loading. Upon arrival two more pieces of furniture were not packaged properly and are also damaged. Will be filing Insurance Claim with SML.
