A few things need to be explained Didn't receive a final breakdown of the bill,only a lump sum. Things change sometimes from the original quote so a final bill should be broken down to reflect any changes.

loading my truck The guys were late, but called to let me know. They were both friendly and efficient at their job. I have not a single complaint about their packing the truck for my move. I would definitely use them again, or recommend them to a friend.
Unload in NYC 9/16 Our movers - Everett and Jonell - were outstanding! They arrived ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule, too. Two really pleasant, hard-working (four-story walk-up) guys who knew what they were doing.
Our loading crew was horrible. Our unload crew was amazing! I wish both crews were equally as talented. The experience would have been great. So sad there was so much damage because the loading crew was just not qualified. SML communication is great. The concept is wonderful. Our unload team/crew were professional, competent and strong. Unfortunately, the loading crew pretty much ruined the whole experience for us. They were just the opposite of the unload team. They were not organized, strong or experienced. ... read more
Moving Made Simple! Simple Moving Labor helped to make our move run smoothly. They followed up with phone calls and e-mails to be sure everything was on go. The two movers were very personable fellas...working quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be using them again on our next (and final) move!
