movers were on time efficient courteous and very helpful the movers did an excellent job. they arrived on time and completed the job quickly working very hard. they were very courteous of us and the neighbors

The guys were very friendly and worked with super speed Read above comment. What I have to comment on a was the fact they turned all the furniture either on the side or upside down. Some pieces were not ment to be treated that way. With a little training. I think that could be a plus in your business

Hired crew to load & unload. Loaders were "OK" but unloaders were only "so so". Would probably use them again.

Young movers with good attitude, but unprepared and late I'm glad I had the help, and the guys were pleasant and enthusiastic. However, they did not bring a hand truck or dolly, so many more trips were required as we carried boxes one per person at a time. consequently, the loading took substantially longer than necessary. Also, I had made a point of booking them for 9AM; when they didn't show I called the office and was told that there was a one hour window, which was not explained at the booking. furniture dishes damaged in move Unloading team 1 1/2 hers late. Left grandfather clock on moving dolly in horizontal position, I am 74 years old and not able to lift clock by my self. That is why I hired company. I had to call company, to get crew to come back. This was not a good experience.

Horrible experience The crew that did our loading showed up 45 minutes early, had their significant others waiting in cars in the street, had little regard for our property, loaded the truck so poorly that boxes and furniture fell all over during transport and SML takes no responsibility for damage during transit.
