To err is human Men in Florida part were as ontime as rush hour traffic would allow. Superior workers and done in less than 2 hours. No damage or load shift. Men in Ohio were not dispatched properly to my house and did a different job first. This put my unload back to 1300 vs original 0900. However, the work was again accomplished rapidly and professionally. Job completed under 2 hours, as I spent the preceding 4 hours moving items that would not hurt me. And we beat the rain. Great careful help The California team was careful and professional. They arrived on time and worked hard. The Arizona team was careful but not as professional. They arrived later than they promised in phone call and their demeanor was more happy go lucky. Nevertheless, they were careful and worked hard. There were no incidents or breakages.

Great job. Professional, courteous, and careful. Everything went well. Better than expected I would have to say. The movers that packed the truck were a bit late, however SML communicated well with me and them so I felt confident in the process. Great service I am very pleased with the service I received from SML. Not only do they schedule quickly and efficient but the movers were also fantastic. Finally, there was an overcharge on my account that I was not yet aware of and I received a call from SML to let me know of the overcharge and that I would be receiving a credit. Mistakes happen and it was amazing to me that SML alerted me to the mistake. Well done!

GREAT SERVICE The two men called to say when they would arrive. The company called to check on them. It all went smoothly for us. They were so helpful. We could not have put all our furniture in storage without the help. Would certainly use this service again!
