Pretty Good My movers themselves were great, they stepped in and moved our stuff after the original crew no showed. they were late but they did do good work
TERRIBLE Worst experience ever. Alot of my $@!#% was broken, scratched. Didn't finish the job. Spent the entire next day reorganizing the truck. So I could fit the rest of my stuff in there. Once I get settled in. I'm putting ya'll on social media. And recommending everyone stay clear of SML
Polite, courteous, helpful, fast, strong. The men waited a long time for me on a Sunday which they really did not have to do. While they were paid to wait, I still appreciated it very much as I needed to get on the road and my shoulder would not permit me to load myself. The problem was, I locked myself out of my storage unit and had to get a locksmith. They waited several hours.
