Booked as second job of the day As a result of booking this unloading job as the second job of the day for this crew and the fact that they had a 1 1/2 hour drive to get to Grand Rapids, I unloaded some myself while waiting for the crew to arrive (late). Once they got there, the unloading went fine and quickly. We were done in 1 hour.

Colorado Springs Co. Moving crew These kids were very nice but very careless on packing the truck and my instructions were completely ignored. Everything pretty much thrown in there and would not listen to instructions and they were too fast to keep up with them. My foolish thing was to tip them 75 bucks because when they left we found that they destroyed our 270 dollar front door and never bothered to mention it. They made a quick getaway!
Outstanding The entire experience was well above my expectations in terms of how good it was. SML made it easy every step of the way and the 3 movers were amazing!
Useful service but priced similar to other movers with truck included We had a complicated interstate move with a load in two locations in Midwest and two unload locations in NE. We used SML for the two unloads and their crews showed up on time and worked quickly, using less time than the required two hour minimum. No complaints although I would say their pricing is similar to a full service moving company but without the truck - this was fine for our situation but is something to consider for local moves.
The staff that was sent to our homeward exceptional , knowledgeable, and highly experienced, they made a difficult task easy for us, we are thankful for that. Excellent staff would hire them again.
