Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

Very friendly staff
My 4 year old and almost 2 year old loved the igloo!!! We did take breaks in between because it was really cold in there. Loved the tubing! Tandem lanes moved a lot faster. The only thing I would say is that there needs to be someone checking the bracelet times because it is unfair to exceed your time.
Snowcat Ridge really captured the feeling of winter even in Florida
This place is amazing, my son enjoyed every minute to be there are. Really nice place. People at the park were very accommodating and polite.
My family and I had a wonderful experience! The lines were very efficient in getting riders safely and quickly in their tubes. We were able to go down multiple times. In particular, we wanted to give kudos to the workers at the top pulling those big tubes- what a workout! All the staff was friendly and helpful. My husband and I (60 years old) took our 34 year old daughter for a visit! SUCH A BLAST, and VERY KIND and helpful staff! From gate attendee, to parking guys, to police officer, to tube people, EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you so much!!!
The experience was excellent, amazing; the service was ok, fair. Some of the staff was nice, others were a little bit rude. Overall we enjoyed the park and our experience there. We hope to return in the new coming times.
Great experience..we went at night and felt.like we were somewhere in the mountains at a ski resort. So fun.
Time reservations are useless because we had slot from 1 to 3 but had to stay in line with people from 12 and then later from 2 pm. At one point there were three groups of different wristbands blue yellow green and orange making lines huge. Also warning speaker on the slide was very loud and played continually driving us nuts. My kids did not even want to stay in line as it was so annoying. I understand one few times is ok but for 1 hr in line listening to safety measures is ridiculous
