Great time! Everything organized. Staff very friendly! Food a bit pricey
I would say it was just okay.... thought it would be a full day of fun for how much we paid but it was only a few hours of fun! Tubing was good! Igloo lots of fun for a few minutes. The worst of all was the lack of bathrooms. The port-a-potties looked like they'd been there for several days. It was really bad!!
All the concept of bring snow to Florida is great, but I think needs a lot of improvement. Probably adding more attractions like an ice rink and more decorations to enjoy during the day light.
Pretty good process with time slots, wait times were very good. Dome is good idea for little ones to feel "snow".
It was a good experience. My kids loved it. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be lack of actual bathroom facilities and more vendors. There were only 4 when we were there. And there were only 2 food vendors. If you are back next year we will probably come again. Thank you.

My 7yo had a blast but I wished they had stuff for my 2 yr old . I wish the snow was more fluffy and less icy on the igloo so the kids could play better .
Growing up in NY it was always fun going sledding most yrs. Missed that. Being able to do that in FL brought back many childhood memories. It was amazing, and so blessed my son was able to experience it. Only gave 4 stars since igloo was PURE ice and hard for him to get the snowy feel. And the market village was less to be desired. The tubing makes the trip 100% worth it
