Staff was very helpful and courteous. The tubing was the best part of park. If you made the igloo bigger and more snow that would be aweome. Maybe an ice skating rink too. Was wondering if you would consider building a log cabin resort type thing. We have travel 2 hours to visit park would be nice to stay there and have the snow and tubing experience longer or more than one day. We had a great time. Thank you so much.

Loved it. Not over crowded even though it was sold out
It was so much fun!! I don't know what all the negative comments are about online :( We drove from West Palm to Tampa and we would drive up again for the experience! So much fun for the entire family. We went tubing, there were fires for smore's and hot chocolate. Can't wait to go again!
This was a great experience and so much fun! I would recommend to every person I know. The 7 of us purchased the two hour tubing pass. Next time we will buy unlimited for even more sledding fun. The family tube was hilarious!!! We laughed so hard!
Three of us me, my 36 yo son and 10 yo grandson. The slope was a bit fast for me (62yo) alone but in tandem I liked it because it didn’t spin me around. It’s extremely fast and a rush. We loved the igloo, my grandson had never played in snow and he had a blast but should’ve brought gloves - waterproof ones for snowball fights.
Kids loved it. Lots of fun
